Financial/Insurance
The fees of orthodontic treatment are determined by the treatment plan. The fees will be discussed during the first visit, as well as payment options. We strive to make orthodontics affordable to everyone and we have multiple option payment plans to suit all budgets. We also file and take assignment of orthodontic insurance after our treatment coordinator makes verification.
Payment Options
The fees will vary depending on each patient's needs. Payment plans available are:
- Courtesy discount is given if fee is paid in full at start of treatment. (Discount applies after insurance benefit is calculated).
- Interest free payment plan up to 24 months of treatment.
- Capital One Healthcare finance-A convenient way to finances braces for one or more faily members.
- We offer automatic check withdrawal, automatic credit card withdrawal or payment book services for monthly payments.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by all major credit cards.
Insurance
If you have an orthodontic insurance benefit, we will help you determine your cost. We do take assignment of insurance, which makes the cost of treatment less. The remaining balance will be arranged for you to pay with one of our payment options. Insurance filing and collecting is done as a courtesy for our patients, but ultimately, the patient is responsible for whatever the insurance does not cover (e.g., deductibles, out of network, waiting periods, limit used). If you have insurance questions, our financial or treatment coordinator will be happy to answer any questions.
